I had experience pain on my neck, shoulder and arm since last year. I stopped visiting a chiropractor last December and suffered a relapse in August 2024. I didn't quite understand my condition until Dr Chris found out that it was due to a fall I had very long ago. It was severe and under Dr Chris's intensive care, my condition has improved in two months time. I no longer have stiffness in my neck and shoulder. I'm always reminded to do exercise when I'm at home or at office and be more mindful of my posture. Eversince, I'm able to sleep well and handle stress better.

I have suffered lower back pain, headache and neck stiffness for a couple of years, a statistically significant improvement in all the symptoms that bothered me for a few years after 2 months of treatment and adjustment. Highly recommended !!!!

Been coming for chiropractic care because of my shoulder blade and mid back pain. Dr Chris has helped me to reduce symptoms and improved my quality of life especially sleep quality. Dr. Lim is a knowledgeable and thorough chiropractor. While on holiday, I went to see him for a second opinion on my back issues. I was recommended to have an x-ray of my back and neck and was adjusted accordingly. Dr. Lim suggested a range of stretches for me and I am grateful for the advice given.

Excellent service for chiropractic care. Dr Chris approach is based on a x-ray of the spine. Based of this he will focus on the weak part of your spine and advise of good practices and rehab exercises.My spine has suffered several problems due to my sports hobbies. Mainly rock climbing and mountain biking at the moment. It helps to build some good foundations to fix the issues but also to maintain a good health in order to continue doing my preferred sports

Highly recommend! Dr. Chris has provided me great treatment, care and support, not just from the chiropractic point but in a holistic manner. My before and after X-ray following weeks of intensive adjustments has shown improvement in my overall spine and posture. My back pain has also been reduced.As an athlete training across multiple disciplines, with constant injuries and intense load of training for my races, I feel supported and much more prepared through the rehab and prehab therapies/exercises recommended. And as a human being, my quality of life has improved!
