About Our Chiropractor

As a Chiropractor, being able to practice with the largest chiropractic company in Asia for 6 years, he was able to have seen thousands of cases that benefited patients through chiropractic care coming in for various musculoskeletal ailments which affected their quality of life. After graduating from IMU, seeing patients with various spinal condition & having guided them through their chiropractic journey has deepen his passion to help more people especially families to benefit from chiropractic care! As he has also seen tremendous improvements in his own health after receiving chiropractic care. Having taken his own set of spinal X-ray to see the un-addressed structural issues coming from vertebral subluxations from the spine.
These are accumulative injuries as the signs and symptoms were apparent. Being an avid rock climber and many other sports throughout schooling as well as university days including track and field, weight lifting and other teamsports.
The constant pulling pain in the back as well as neck stiffness didnt go away through stretching or massage alone, and being stronger was not the answer too. It all made sense in regards to the signs and symptoms that was experienced, and a clear distinction could be felt before and after being well adjusted following a comprehensive chiropractic care-plan, he is enjoying his hobbies more so than before and experience better overall health and wellbeing.

Our Chiropractic assistants are passionate, dedicated and have a caring heart towards welcoming patients to our clinic. Anusya particularly greets and welcomes the patients with a warm smile, this is her way to ensures that your experience here with us is a pleasant one. She loves to babysit parents who brings their babies over and goes above and beyond to address the needs of every patients weather it is scheduling or even offering reassurance that you are well cared for.

On her free time Anusya mostly likes to tidy up the house as well as spending time with her friends and family. Recently she has a keen interest on baking.

We go through extensive trainings to ensure professionalism so that our clinic runs efficiently. Friendly, easy going and detailed oriented are one of the many values we strive for at peak health chiropractic.

Thank you Dr. Chris for being there for my journey to wellness! I'm now into my fourth month of adjustments. Since the second month, I've been feeling better overall. I used to have soreness all over my body (lower back, tailbone, neck, shoulders, hips, calves, ankle, foot), due to injuries, sprains and falls over the years, the pain tends to come back after I got treatments elsewhere. My body ached so much that I feel reluctant to start my day.. I used to wake up in the middle of the night multiple times, so I woke up not feeling well-rested. After getting an x-ray upon Dr. Chris' advice, we found out that I have subluxations in my spine. After successive adjustments over time, I feel less soreness and pain in my back, hips and legs during my daily activities (sitting, driving, doing chores). I am more energetic now, my sleep quality has improved, I feel less sleepiness after lunch time, and it takes me less effort to get out of the bed. My range of motion for my shoulders have also increased, the pain in my shoulder joints, hips, ankles, wrists have also decreased. I'm glad I have found this clinic during a wellness event last year. Great experience through and through. Walked in the chiro with paralysing pain from my neck all the way down to my fingers. Dr Chris understood the situation, so he started slow. No major adjustments, just light physio movements, lay down on the decompression machine and later on to the shockwave. Though shockwave may sound scary, it helped rejuvenate scar tissues & recovery was a lot faster. For long term, non abrasive treatment, I strongly recommend chiropractic treatment. I went to Peak Health Chiro last September for lower back pain and neck stiffness. Dr. Chris ordered an X-ray, which revealed a slipped L5 vertebra and cervical degeneration, which caused neck and shoulder stiffness, as well as a kyphosis. I had experience pain on my neck, shoulder and arm since last year. I stopped visiting a chiropractor last December and suffered a relapse in August 2024. I didn't quite understand my condition until Dr Chris found out that it was due to a fall I had very long ago. It was severe and under Dr Chris's intensive care, my condition has improved in two months time. I no longer have stiffness in my neck and shoulder. Excellent service for chiropractic care. Dr Chris approach is based on a x-ray of the spine. Based of this he will focus on the weak part of your spine and advise of good practices and rehab exercises.My spine has suffered several problems due to my sports hobbies. Mainly rock climbing and mountain biking at the moment. It helps to build some good foundations to fix the issues but also to maintain a good health in order to continue doing my preferred sports
